Expect the first 2/3rds of January to be cold. Might be a "January Thaw" towards the end of the month, but then a return to even colder weather in February than in the first parts of January.

Rain, and of course warmer temps forecast for the end of the week here in the SE portion of the state. It'd be nice to see some snow this weekend for the juvy hunt.

Big cold snap starts Sunday. Could be a little snow either then and/or next Tuesday. Sweet! Just saw the local forecast and one channel says snow flurries Sunday, but one says rain still.

Chance of accumulating snow on the Plateau Sunday.
