Any of you guys hunt there? Been going there the past few years and had fairly good luck every trip but one.... I'll be in Pinckneyville Nov. 5th--12th.... Been timing the rut pretty good the past two years as well..... Hopefully it will be on time this year too....l

I hunted up there several years ago. There is some great hunting up there but its definitely a different kind of hunting.

I will post some pics up when I get back.... I had some great pics of bucks chasing does over the past few yeara...7-8 bucks in a single group sparring.... Just great pics in general.... I thought I saved them to the cloud when I changed phones.....and then found out I screwed it up somewhere....

It is when I go... They do have two separate shotgun seasons though.... I just prefer to bow hunt and the rut is usually strong when I'm here for that week.....
