Sometimes it’s ok to just lay in your bed and stare at the ceiling and talk to God about everything in your life that feels heavy and tell Him that you trust Him even though nothing makes sense right now.

How do you measure others? Do you look at their appearance or at their hearts? We are human so we look at others and what they have, what kind of job they do, their house, cars, social status. We measure others by their appearance when in fact we should only look at what's inside. Sounds easy, but it's not. God doesn't care about what you look like, about the size of your house, the size of your cars, He only cares about the size of your heart. He measures by your FAITH not your face. Today ask your Heavenly Father to open your eyes and your heart when you look at others and strive to be like Christ.

Trust without trials is nothing. It is easy to say that you trust God when everything is going smooth and perfect, but what about when things are rough? When you are struggling, going through something painful, feel like you are alone, then you put your faith in Him and trust He will carry you through. That is real trust in your Heavenly Father.

It is easier to say no to the devil while he is knocking on the door than it is once you let him in. Today say NO boldly to the devil and don't let him in. Ask God to help you fight against him and his evil ways and thoughts.

We all have a story, no two are the same. As we look at past chapters in our lives, we have the power to change the future chapters if we don't like the old ones. Here's a truth, without the saving Grace of Jesus, your future chapters will be just like the past! It is impossible for the last chapter of your story to end in everlasting peace, love and salvation without asking Jesus to help write the rest of your story. We are nothing without the saving Grace of Jesus. Will you let Him help write it with you?
